Exit Carbon
Advanced carbon craftsmanship for luxury yachting
Advanced carbon craftsmanship for luxury yachting
Craftsmanship as the mission.
Exit Carbon creates advanced carbon fibre components for yachts and superyachts, designed for owners, designers and shipyards who expect lightness, strength, elegance and flawless execution in every detail.
We do not simply manufacture marine accessories. We create refined technical objects that become part of the yacht itself: passerelles, boarding ladders, tender fenders and custom carbon components conceived to match the quality, taste and precision of the most demanding vessels.
On a yacht of distinction, function alone is not enough. Every visible element must belong to the same language of proportion, material quality and refinement. This is the standard that guides our work.
Technology is the invisible foundation
Every Exit Carbon product begins with carefully selected materials and advanced composite processes.
We use carbon fibre prepregs, high-performance epoxy resin systems and structural foam cores engineered for lightweight sandwich construction. Among the core materials we select is ROHACELL®, a high-performance PMI foam developed by Evonik for demanding lightweight applications.
Our carbon structures are cured in autoclave, under controlled temperature, vacuum and pressure. This process allows superior laminate compaction, controlled resin content and consistent structural quality.
Autoclave manufacturing is slower, more complex and more demanding than ordinary production methods. We choose it because it allows us to achieve the level of performance and finish expected on board the finest yachts.
Technology is the invisible foundation. Beauty is the visible result.
What appears simple is rarely simple
A finished carbon passerelle may look pure, clean and effortless. In reality, it is the result of many controlled stages.
Design, laminate engineering, mould preparation, prepreg cutting, hand lay-up, core positioning, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, demoulding, trimming, bonding, assembly, surface preparation, finishing, polishing, quality control, final protection and packaging.
Each phase matters.
The visible quality of the product depends on the invisible discipline behind it: the accuracy of the mould, the cleanliness of the lay-up, the stability of the structure, the precision of the bonding and the care given to the final surface.
Nothing is incidental. Nothing is treated as secondary.
Luxury is not decoration
Exit Carbon belongs to a segment where the product must be technically superior and aesthetically impeccable.
Our reference is not ordinary marine equipment. Our reference is high manufacturing: the same culture of detail found in the finest luxury houses, where every edge, surface, proportion and tactile impression contributes to the value of the object.
But our idea of luxury is never excessive. It is quiet, precise and controlled.
A product for a refined yacht must be light, strong and reliable. It must also feel correct. It must look natural in its environment. It must express quality through material, proportion and execution, without needing to overstate itself.
This is the kind of luxury we believe in: technical, discreet and refined.
A language of soft lines
The finest yachts are defined not only by materials and performance, but by the continuity of their lines. Their beauty comes from proportion, balance and the way every surface relates to the next.
Exit Carbon follows the same principle.
Our products favour soft, fluid curves that accompany the gentle geometry of the yacht, rather than interrupt it. We design each accessory not as an isolated technical element, but as a component intended to belong aesthetically to the vessel.
This approach responds to a clear expectation from discerning owners: every detail on board must be coherent with the yacht’s design language. A carbon passerelle, a boarding ladder or a tender fender should enhance the whole, not compete with it.
Our products have their own identity, but they are never intrusive. They are refined objects in themselves, yet they remain respectful of the work of yacht designers and naval architects.
They are made to be noticed for the right reasons: harmony, precision, lightness and taste.
Details are the signature
We care about the surface finish, the alignment of components, the integration of fittings, the quality of anti-slip areas, the feel of the product in use and the way it is presented when delivered.
Even packaging is part of the process. A product that has passed through advanced materials, autoclave curing and meticulous finishing must arrive protected, clean and ready to represent the standard of the yacht it will serve.
For us, the final detail is never merely cosmetic. It is the last expression of the same discipline that shaped the structure from the beginning.
Engineering with taste
The finest yacht accessories should never feel like industrial afterthoughts. They should feel designed, considered and necessary.
This is where Exit Carbon stands: at the meeting point between composite engineering, marine design and luxury craftsmanship.
We use carbon fibre not because it looks exclusive, but because it allows us to create products that are lighter, stronger, more elegant and more advanced.
Our purpose is simple: to bring the highest level of technology and refinement to the details that complete a yacht.
Beauty and function
Beauty and function are not opposing values. In every Exit Carbon product, they are designed to coexist naturally.
Our components are made to endure, and to remain desirable long after trends have passed. Their forms are never obvious, never merely functional. Design is treated as an essential element of harmony: the place where technical purpose meets aesthetic pleasure.
This is our refusal of compromise, and our declaration of intent. To create objects that serve with precision, belong with elegance and retain their beauty for years to come.
Our Environmental and Social Policies
SERVICE LIFE
Unlike metals, carbon composites don’t oxidize, corrode, wear out, and practically don’t suffer structural fatigue. Our products remain functional for decades so their carbon footprint is spread over a long time, making them competitive compared to metal analogues. Our product refitting and repair service allows products damaged by impacts or accidents to continue their service life.
WEIGHT
For the same strength, carbon fiber composites perform better and weigh a quarter of their metal counterparts, dramatically reducing the consumption of fossil fuels, as well as costs, during transport. Exit Carbon products are also known to be the lightest in the composite market, with better performance than competitors, thanks to our choice to use mainly autoclave cured pre-pregs structures and a design philosophy fanatically dedicated to weight reduction.
RECYCLING
Carbon composites can be recycled and Exit Carbon products do not wear out and are intended for disposal only if seriously damaged in accidents.
PACKAGING
We use recycled cardboard and renewable wood packaging, as well as recyclable plastics. The use of structured adhesive tape reduces consumption by improving the recyclability of packaging.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
We and our supply chain respect human rights, diversity, and inclusion with 50% female internal employees at Exit Carbon. We implement flexible work schedules and family friendly policies with child care permits and spaces for employees children in the factory.
